SMS Privacy Policy

Effective October 15, 2026. This policy applies to the DermLounge text program operated by DERM LOUNGE PC, doing business as DermLounge.

Information and use

We collect the mobile number you submit and a record of your text permission, including the disclosure, version, date and source. We use this information and message history to respond to your inquiry, help with scheduling, provide related service updates and offers, honor opt-outs and operate the program.

No sale or marketing sharing

We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing. We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate this program, protect it or comply with law. These providers may not use your SMS consent for unrelated purposes.

Your choices

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or care. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You can also contact our office to withdraw permission or ask about your information. We retain consent and opt-out records as needed to honor your choices and document compliance, with access limited to authorized personnel and service providers.

Medical information

Please do not send medical details, insurance information or photographs through this program. Texting is not an emergency or clinical advice channel. This program policy does not replace the clinic’s general privacy or healthcare privacy notices.
